AUCKLAND FIRE BOARD
BUILDING LOAN DEBENTURES. Applications are now invited by the Auckland Metropolitan Fire Board for the purchase at par of 1255 debentures of £lOO each. The purpose of the loan is for the rebuilding of the Central Fire Station and the issue is made under the powers conferred upon the Board by the Fire Brigade Act, 1926, and other Acts governing loans by local bodies. Inland exchange on the purchase money, interest on the principal (at maturity) will be paid by the Board. The debentures are repayable on September 1, 1964 and copies of the prospectus. together with any further information required will be supplied on application to the secretary.
