The Chinese Government says that the world knows the so-called local court is part of the puppet regime created by Japanese aggression. It is most regrettable that, while China is putting up a heroic resistance against a disturber of world peace, the British Government should have found it expedient to yield to Japan's unjustified demand and allow her own rights and interests in the Far East to be jeopardised. CONSIDERATION IN LONDON (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 1.33 a.m.) • RUGBY, August 15. China's communication regarding Britain's decision to hand over the four accused Chinese at Tientsin is under consideration in London.,
