— CABINET CONSIDERING ATTITUDE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright TOKIO. August 15. The Prime Minister. Baron Hiranuma, the Foreign Minister. Mr Arita, and the Minister of War. General Itagaki. have drafted a formula to deal with the European situation which they will submit to the Inner Cabinet on Friday. It is understood that Baron Hiranuma emphasised that he would in no wise commit Japan to a policy from which there would be no retreat.
