RABBITSKIN SALE
DECLINE IN PRICES RECORDED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, August 15. The offering at today's rabbitskin sale was approximately 53 tons, slightly better than last sale, but much below the quantities for this time of the season. Accordingly, competition was somewhat restricted for all grades, and, as compared with last quotations, bucks were on the average 6d to 9d lower, while does were Id to 3d cheaper. Hatter’s and inferior grades were Id to 2d lower; prime winter bucks sold to 941 d, first winter bucks to 93!d, second winter bucks to 83j>d, and first early winter bucks to 68d.
