PROCEEDING IN MOSCOW.
TWO MEETINGS DAILY. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright (Received This Day, 9.35 a.m.) MOSCOW, August 12. The Staff talks were continued for a further three hours but no statement has been issued. Police and soldiers prevented unauthorised persons ap-_ proaching Spiridonocka House, where the conference is being held. Hanceforth there will be two meetings daily until the talks are concluded.
