Carterton Again Senior Champions O a OLD BOYS DEFEAT GLADSTONE TO BE RUNNERS-UP MASTERTON AND RED STAR DRAW Scoring a one point victory over Greytown at Greytown, Carterton won the Wairarapa senior Rugby Championship on Saturday. This is the 21st time since ,1900 that Carterton have been Wairarapa’s champions, a truly remarkable record. Old Boys gained a three point win over Gladstone on the latter's home ground and are therefore runners-up. In a hard and willing game at Masterton. Red Star drew with Masterton.
