OLD JUMPER OR CARDIGAN
DO NOT THROW THEM AWAY. A winter tip: Do not throw away the old wool jumper or cardigan. Cut off the sleeves just above the elbow. Hem the tops and insert elastic. If you are wearing a short-sleeved garment and have to go out in the cold it takes only a moment to slip on the “elastic sleeves.” They are a real boon.
