A thrilling exposure of the fake injury racket, whereby insurance associations have" been robbed of hundreds of thousands of dollars, is promised in “Accidents Will Happen,” a Warner Bros, melodrama which will be shown tonight. Ronald Reagan, the youthful new star who until a few months ago was a radio news commentator in Des Moines, lowa, is featured in “Accidents Will Happen,” as an insurance adjuster who exposes just such gangs as have been appearing in the news recently. Another newcomer in the picture is Gloria Biondell, younger sister of the famous Joan. She is the leading woman. Other notables in the cast include Dick Purcell, Sheila Bromley, Addison Richards, Hugh O’Connell, Spec O’Donnell and Kenneth Harlan. The other feature is “Youth Takes a Fling,” which presents a warm and vibrant love story into which are woven the romance, laughter and restless desires of youth. Joel McCrea is starred as the Kansas farm boy who. seeks adventure by going to sea, and Andrea Leeds is co-starred as the romantic salesgirl in the wedding gown department of a big store, who lives only for the day she herself will be a bride. How their conflicting ambitions, hopes and desires almost wreck their young lives has been blended into captivating drama. •
