The Minister of Trade and Commerce. Mr W. D. Eider, met Mr W. Nash at the Railway Station, when Mr Nash expressed the hope that some means could be found to adjust the heavy disparity in New Zealand and Canadian trade, which was favouring Canada almost 5 to 1. Mr Nash suggested greater purchases of meat and wool by Canada.
