COMPILATION .UNDER WAY. MEETING OF ZONE COMMITTEE. At a meeting of the Wairarapa District Zone Committee, held in Masterton yesterday to consider various Centennial Exhibition projects, it was agreed to have an. animated model of shearing sheds and yards as representative of the Wairarapa. A transparency of Masterton the model town section was decided on, on the recommendation of the Mayor, Mr T. Jordan. Attention was directed to the compilation of a Wellington pioneers’ roll. Mr Jordan invited people in the district who were concerned or interested to forward particulars to the secretary of the Historical Committee, Wellington. marked Wellington Pioneer Roll and addressed to Box 1369, G.P.0., Wellington. Mr Jordan urged that local bodies should secure suitable photographs of district interested for murals at the exhibition.
