A message from Madang. New Guinea, states that three German mission priests, a pilot and a native were killed when a plane crashed while taking off with a party attached to the Catholic Mission of the Holy Ghost at Sek Harbour. The white men killed were Fathers Joseph Kirschbaum, J. Weyer and Otto Bader and Pilot W. Schafhausen. Father Kirschbaum was a missionarary anthropologist, explorer and author and was widely known in New Guinea.
