WAIRARAPA TEAM TO PLAY NELSON. MATCH IN MASTERTON ON SATURDAY. The Wairarapa senior football selector. Mr Keith Reid, has chosen the following players to represent Wairarapa in a representative Rugby match against Nelson at Memorial Park, Masterton, on Saturday:— Full-back: F. Fitzgerald. Three-quarters: E. Thompson, Geo. Brown, W. Peterson. Five-eighths: R. Brunton, O. Hatton. Half: E. Denbee. Forwards: Back row, K. Joblin; middle row, I. Percy, H. Matheson, G. Humphries, W. Stringfellow; front row, J. Walker, R. Mitchell, R. Howard (captain). Reserves: Back, R. O'Callaghan; forward, M. Ross. J. Eastwood was not available for selection. Members of the team are asked to assemble at Memorial Park at 1.30 p.m., and to supply their own black shorts.
