DISPLAY OF ARTS AND CRAFTS. NEXT WEEK'S ATTRACTION. A great variety of arts and crafts work from Wairarapa schools will be on display at the Masterion Municipal Hall nex. week. The exhibition will open on Tuesday afternoon and will continue that evening (when a short concert will also be presented> and an Wednesday afternoon. All schools embraced in the area from Pahiatua to Palliscr Bay have been invited to send articles for display which promises to include an almost infinite variety of such goods as metalwork, leatherwork, woodwork, various kinds of drawing, and many other examples of arts and crafts. I It is intended to make a selection of] the best of the work for forwarding to the Centennial Exhibition. Till- display will be opened next Tuesday afternoon when the speaker:', will be Mr J. Robertson. M.P.. the Mayor. Mr T. Jordan and a member of the Wellington Education Board.
