They were a good line, and were all high grade Jerseys. The August and early Sep- ! tember calvers were eagerly sought af- ' ter. but the late calvers brought the average price down considerably. Several August calvers made up to £l5. Sows sold al very high values, and
one sow with litter made £l3 10s. while another made £ll 2s 6d. Horses were not in demand. Sundries made good values.
