£3OOO LOAN AUTHORISED.
TENDERS FOR BOROUGH COUNCIL INSURANCE.
A special meeting of the Masterton Borough Council was held at noon to receive the authorisation of the Local Bodies Loans Board lor the raising of a loan of £3OOO for the erection of a dwelling and outbuildings on the council’s endowment at Mangaone and to pass the requisite resolutions.
Tenders were also considered for the council’s insurances for a period of three years, that of the State Fire and Accident being accepted.
