FULL AGREEMENT
EXPECTED BY THE FRENCH FOREIGN MINISTER
PEACE PACT DISCUSSIONS WITH RUSSIA.
STAFF TALKS THIS WEEK.
By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. LONDON. July 29.
The Havas Press agency in Paris reports that the Foreign Minister, M. Bonnet, told Cabinet that the negotiations in Moscow have settled all essential points. There has remained a slight difference of opinion on the drafting oi an article concerning indirect aggression, but this would not raise fundamental difficulties or affect the negotiations as a whole.
M. Bonnet added that members of the British and French military staffs will go to Moscow in the middle of next week. The British members will meet the French in Paris and they will travel .on together.
The military talks would, he said, be coincident with the remaining political negotiations.
