New Stamp Issues.

Some new stamps to replace present designs will be introduced in New Zealand next month. The express delivery stamp, which has been in use since 1903, will be withdrawn on August 15 and replaced by another depicting a modern postal van speeding through a rural district. On the same day. the current postal dues issue will be changed for stamps of similar size. The principal feature ol design will be a large figure of value. Ilallpenny stamps will be green in colour, penny stamps red. twopenny stamps blue, and threepenny stamps brown.
