STUFFED FILLETS OF FISH

A TASTY DISH. Half cup breadcrumbs, I-table-spoon shredded suet, 1 tablespoon fish, lemon juice, browned crumbs, a flour, salt, cayenne, 1 egg, 4 fillets of sprinkle of sage. Mix crumbs, suet, sage, flour, salt, cayenne. Bind with beaten egg. Dry the fillets and lay them on greased fireproof flat dish. Sprinkle with lemon. Place a little stuffing on the wide end, fold over the small end. Dot with butter and cover with greated paper.
