THIEF OF BAGDAD
NOTED ACTORS IN CHIEF ROLES.
Dr. Ludwig Berger, famous continental director, has been signed by Alexander Korda to direct his Technicolour version of ’ The Thief of Bagdad,” scheduled to go into production at an early date. Dr. Berger has a special aptitude for films of this type, Hollywood successes for which he will be remembered being ::The Waltz Dream” and "The Vagabond King.” Sabu, Conrad Veidt, and Paul Robeson have already been signed for leading roles in "The Thief of Bagdad, with romantic leads to bo announced later.
