Mrs H. M. B. Marshall, of Pahiatua, is visiting Auckland. Mr and Mrs E. R. Maunsell, Tinui are staying at Rotorua. Mr and Mrs F. Tatham, Homewood, are spending a holiday at Rotorua. Miss Betty Butler of Nireaha. has joined the nursing stall’ of the Napier Hospital.
Miss Watson, Dunedin, is the guest of Mrs G. Moore, Cole Street, Masterton.
Miss Mason, of Nelson, is on a visit to Masterton and is among guests at the Prince of Wales Hotel. Mr and Mrs F. Groube, Swamp Road, Carterton, are visiting Mrs K. C. Anderson, Halcombe. Mrs McCracken, Villa Street, Masterton who has been on a visit to Napier, has returned to Masterton. Miss N. Whitcombe, who has been staying with Mrs H. McKay, Renal! Street, is visiting Wellington for a few days before returning to Napier. Mr and Mrs W. C. Orange and Mrs J. Gardner, are Masterton visitors to Auckland for the McWhinnie—Granger wedding which will take place on Saturday next.
