FIRE FATALITY

SMALL BOY ASPHYXIATED ON WEST COAST.

(By Telegraph—Press Association.) GREYMOUTH, ihTs Day. A fire in Cobden at four this morning destroyed the five-roomed residence of Mr and Mrs H. S. Colston. The flames had a big hold when they were discovered and there was no chance of saving the building.

A four-year-old son of Mr and Mrs Colston, who was sleeping in a rear room, was found dead of asphyxiation.
