PORT BOWEN
e> VESSEL STILL AGROUND ANOTHER HAUL FAILS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WANGANUI, This Day. At noon today three tugs hooked on to the Port Bowen, endeavouring to haul the vessel off. One mushroom anchor and two bar anchors have been laid. Another mushroom anchor is coming from Wellington and still another in Wanganui is to be utilised if today's efforts fail.
