“PYJAMA GIRL” MURDER
IDENTITY OF VICTIM STILL IN DOUBT. INQUIRIES BY AUSTRALIAN POLICE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright SYDNEY. July 19. The police in Sydney have received reports from New Zealand relating to two girls thought to be identical with the murdered “pyjama girl." One is named Winnie Hyder, formerly of Bristol, England, and later of Wellington, and the other relates to Eileen Dodds, formerly of Auckland. The police declare that Miss Hyder’s description is not identical with that of the “pyjama girl,” but they are now investigating the case of Miss Dodds.
