RIMUTAKA ROAD
NOW PASSABLE FOR TRAFFIC. Conditions on the Rimutaka Hill Road are much improved today and according to advice from the Wairarapa Automobile Association, no trouble is now being experienced by motorists in negotiating the road. Snow is still lying thickly on the sides of the road and on the hills.
