TO BE SETTLED BY COMPANY. Warners are going to settle the screen badman business once and for ill. They announce that they will nake a cavalcade of American banditry from the days of Jesse James to the bloody massacre in Kansas City .i few years ago, when half a dozen gangsters were shot to death in front :f the railroad station. They will employ the services of every top star in he studio, including James Cagney, Errol Flynn, John Garfield, George Raft, and a collection of famous “heavies." The story will be told in episode with a star enacting the chief role in each sequence.
