HAWAIIAN SWIMMERS
TEAM TO VISIT AUSTRALIA NEXT YEAR. MAY COME TO NEW ZEALAND. (Independent Cable Service.) (Received This Day. 10.20 a.m.) HONOLULU, July 18. Arrangements have been completed for a team of 20 Hawaiian surfers and swimmers to visit Sydney early in 1940 and to compete in the second Pacific Games. Negotiations are still progressing for the Hawaiian team to compete in New Zealand at the Centennial Games.
