DEBENTURE ISSUE

WELLINGTON HARBOUR BOARD. A further local body loan being raised at 4] per cent is that by the Wellington Harbour Board, which is now inviting applications for the purchase of £lOO bearer debenures of its Redemption Loan of £291,000. These debentures, secured on the whole of the assets and undertaking of the Wellington Harbour Board are repayable on February 28. 1941. and are, of course, free of exchange in New Zealand.

No purchase money is payable until after notification to the applicant of the allotment of debentures and the full prospectus, together with application forms, are obtainable from any branch of the National Bank or from the Board’s secretary, Wellington. Applications close on or before August 1, 1939.
