RABBITSKIN MARKET
SALE AT DUNEDIN. PRICES EASIER. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, July 18. Dunedin stock and station agents report that a large catalogue was submitted at today’s rabbitskin sale of approximately 75 tons. Though competition was keen throughout the auction, exporters limits were lower, and bucks specially were weaker. At the previous sale buyers were anxious to fill orders, and values for bucks appreciated considerably. Because of import restrictions New Zealand furriers were most active at the sale today. As compared with previous sales, bucks were on the average .Id to 6d lower, while does were irregular. Hatters’ grades were firm, while autumns vf all descriptions were a shade easier.
