NEED OF NEW METHODS CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE DISCUSSION. ACTION BY GOVERNMENTS URGED. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. (Received This Day, 1.25 p.m.) LONDON, July 17. The Empire Chambers of Commerce Congress, discussing migration, reaffirmed that a balanced population within the Empire was essential but that new methods must be introduced. It was resolved to urge Empire governments to discuss development and migration and also to ask the Governments io shape trade policies in order to strengthen Empire markets.
