The ‘Washington representative of the Associated Press of America reports that President Roosevelt is reported today to have invited the Republican leaders in Congress to confer with him on neutrality legislation and Senator McNary, the Republican leader, accepted. Mr Roosevelt is alleged to have said that he was not satisfied that all possible efforts had been imide to secure the passage of legislation this session.
