The Moscow correspondent of "The Times” says the Russians were impressed by the British determination to maintain the balance of power in Europe but appear to be resolved to avoid entanglements in Europe as far as possible. The "Pravda” says humanity is being driven into “a second imperialist war” and issues a warning that if this impinges on Russia, the whole nation will rise and smash the aggressor.
