NEW EFFORT BY NAZIS EXPECTED CREATION OF LOCAL WAR IN MID-AUGUST. SIR E. IRONSIDE HEADS MILITARY MISSION. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. WARSAW, July 16. General Sikorski, in an article in the semi-official Press, says that Germany is expected to make a new effort to create a local war with • Poland in ihe middle of August. Professor Burckhardt, League Commissioner. in Danzig, conferred with the President of the Senate, HerrGreiser. The Nazis in the meantime, are awaiting the return of their leader, Herr Foerster, from Munich. It is be lieved that he will bring new instructions from Herr Hitler. General Sir Edmund Ironside is to arrive in Warsaw by air tomorrow. A semi-official communique states that the British military mission will coordinate the military strength of Britain and her European allies and translate into fact the British promise to give military aid to Poland.
