AFTER FORTY YEARS

RE UNION OF SISTERS. On Saturday evening a re-union took place after 40 years of four sisters —Mrs G. Foster (Wellington), Mrs D. Manson (Christchurch), Mrs J. Turley (Pukebon. Hawke’s Bay) and Mrs Les Barber (Essex Street, Masterton) —at the residence of Mrs L. Barber. With the exception of the duration of the war, when Mrs Manson served with the Australian forces as Sister N. Brown, all four have resided in New Zealand, but have not previously had an opportunity to meet together.
