Misses Bessie and Linda Koce of Eketahuna are visiting Rotorua. Mrs Walkington, Waverley, is the guest of Mrs D. Buchanan, Lansdowne. Mrs Hardy, Wanganui, is visiting Mr and Mrs G. Hardy, Martinborough. Mrs H. W. Baty, Renall Street, Masterton, has returned from a short visit to Wellington.
A kitchen tea is being tendered to Miss Annie Bilby in the Rongokokako Hall tonight. Mr and Mrs Edward Hare, of Auckland, celebrated the 65th anniversary of their wedding on Thursday. Mrs Kay, who has been staying with her daughter, Mrs W. H. Robieson, Masterton, has returned to Gisborne. Mrs J. M. Meredith, Renall Street, Masterton, will leave Masterton shortly to spend the winter at Pafaia, North Auckland. Mr and Mrs F. J. Gaze, of Feilding, will be weekend visitors to Carterton and will be staying with Mr and Mrs C. W. Gaze, High Street.
