WAIRARAPA ELECTRIC POWER BOARD ISSUE OF DEBENTURES, £lOO EACH. rpHE WAIRARAPA ELECTRIC POWER BOARD invites applications for Debentures of £lOO each, to be issued in connection with the Board’s Reticulation Loan of £25,000, 1939. TERM—Ten (10) years from August 1, 1939. INTEREST—4J per centum per annum. The Debentures are authorised Trustee Securities, and are a firstclass gilt-edged investment. Interest will date from August 1, 1939, and payment of purchase money is not required before that date. The Debentures are secured by a special rate on all rateable property in the Wairarapa Electric Power District, the Capital Value of which amounts to £11,086,226.
