ORDINARY IMMIGRATION SUSPENDED FOR NEXT QUOTA PERIOD. ON ACCOUNT OF ILLEGAL ENTRIES. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, July 12. The extent of illegal Jewish immigration into Palestine has forced Biitain to decide to suspend ordinary immigration for the next quota period (from October 1 to March 31). This decision was announced in the House of Commons by Mr Malcolm MacDonald.
