Proposals May Be Published Later THOUGHT INADVISABLE AT PRESENT WOULD LEAD TO RECRIMINATIONS (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Dav, 12.15 p.m.) RUGBY, .July 12. The Prime Minister (Mr Neville Chamberlain) told the House of Commons he had nothing to add to .Monday’s statement on the Moscow negotiations. ‘’Probably before we have done there will be a publication of the proposals put forward by both sides.” he said. “I do not. think it would bo advisable at present. It would lead to further recriminations.” He said he did not think it would be useful to argue who was to blame for the delay the Opposition alleged while negotiations were still in progress. It is understood that further instructions will reach the British and French negotiators in Moscow very shortly, and it is likely that a further meeting with M. Molotov may take place within the next few days. The Soviet Ambassador called at the Foreign Office today.
