MONGOL BORDER
JAPAN SENDING HEAVY REINFORCEMENTS. (Independent Cable Service.) LONDON, July 12. The "Daily Express’s" correspondent in Hong Kong reports that five divisions of Japanese landed at Dairen and entrained for the Mongolian border to reinforce the Japanese fighting the Russians and Mongolians.
