CONGRESS CUTS CREDITS.

The Bills authorising President Roosevelt's self liquidating programme (which is aimed at revivifying commerce in the U.S.). . which have been introduced into Congress today, encountered strong opposition.
The credits for foreign Governments were cut from 500,000.000 dollars to 100.000.000 dollars.
