CARE OF THE EYES

A USEFUL HINT. An excellent movement, which is especially suitable for crepey skin, which is so frequently found beneath the eyes, is also a circular one, and will be found very useful.

Place your left fingers on the left temple, draw the skin tight, and with the third finger of the right hand starting at the temple, carry out a light rotary movement, working around from the temple to the inner corner ol the eye, being particularly careful not to be rough on the deiieate skin beneath the eye. When the left eye has been treated reverse the hands and massage the right eye, always remem bering that plenty of cream must be applied to the skin prior to the mas sage.

When the skin over the eyes is not in good condition the following light tapping movement will be extremely helpful: Lightly tap with the second and third fingers from the centres of the brows to the temples. The movement must be very fast and gentle, and must not be continued too long and must not become jerky. This lighttapping movement across the ntrve centres tends to create the greatest possible relaxation and comfort and is indeed very soothing.
