ANTI-BRITISH RALLY

HOSTILE RESOLUTIONS PASSED AT KOBE. (Received This Dav. 1.25 p.m.) TOKIO, July 9. Sixty thousand persons participated in an anti-British rally at Kobe. Hostile resolutions were caoled to Mr Chamberlain, Lord Halifax and Sir A. Clark-Kerr (British Ambassador to China).

Similar meetings were hold in Morioya and Peking.
