I.R.A. TERRORISM

CAMPAIGN PLANS SEIZED LN LONDON

MANY BOMB OUTRAGES

PROPOSED.

HELP COMING FROM UNITED

STATES

A V Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. LONDON. Joly 9.

A complete plan for the Irish Kepubliean Army's future campaign was seized in ;i house visited by Ihe police in iiort h-wesl London. A man who had been staying- in the house disappeared a few minutes before the arrival id' the police. 'The zero hour for wholesale bombings in London, Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds was to be TI a.m. mi -inly 15, and the objectives mainly power stall.ms, gasworks, waterworks and railways. Definite instinct ions were given that every effort must he made to prevent loss of life.,

The documents reveal that great aid is coming from Clan Na Gael (U.S.A.), without which help the I.R.A. could not embark on a sustained campaign.

The police have been watching buildings in London during the weekend owing to the discovery of a pamphlet circulated in England and Ireland detailing the progress of the I.R.A.’s campaign, declaring that bomb outrages will be increased and emphasising that the training of the present campaigners will be invaluable when England’s difficulties increase.

The pamphlet denies that German gold is financing the campaign, and states that if American skill and German technicians had been available the results would have been more proficient. The pamphlet threatens intensification of operations in revenge for any act of English aggression. It adds that 100 members of the I.R.A. have been captured and three lost in an explosion.

A prisoner discharged from Dartmoor gave Scotland Yard information of further intended outrages planned in Hie' prison affecting London and the provinces.
