The Foreign Minister. Bay Sukru Sarajoglu, told Parliament that a treaty was being prepared providing for Turkish-British co-operation in all spheres. Details of a long-term agreement, including France. were also formulated. , He added that Turkey was resolved to continue normal relations with all States, including Italy and Germany. Friendship with the Soviet would be preserved with all its initial warmth.
