LONDON, July 7. “You must have couTage,” said the Duchess of Kent to Mrs Eleanor Smith, one Of the forty Thetis widow's, whom the Duke arranged she should meet at the end of a Royal tour of Lancashire, reports the “Daily Mail.” Mrs Smith carried her six-weeks-old baby. She said the child was born ten days before the disaster. The Duke and Duchess of Kent talked sympathetically with the bereaved women for half an hour.
