STORMY PASSAGE
CARGO STEAMER’S BATTLE AGAINST GALE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. SYDNEY, July 7. The New Zealand freighter Komata. which left Auckland for Sydney last Saturday, is still battling against high seas and a south west gale. It is expected that the Awatea, which passed her on the voyage to Sydney, will pass her again on the outward voyage to New Zealand. The Awatea sailed for Wellington tonight.
