MIX UP IN RING. BLOMFIELD AND JONES DRAW. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) TIMARU, July 7. A professional wrestling bout between Lolly Blomfield and Paul Jones, ended in a draw. Jones took a fall in the fourth round with a hook body scissors, Blomfield equalizing in the sixth with an octopus clamp. This fall followed a mix-up in the ring. One rope snapped, and Jones twisted this round Elomfield’s neck. The referee pulled Jones away, and Jones grappled with the referee. Meantime Blomfield got out of the rope, pulled Jones clear, and in a flash had the famous clamp applied. The last two rounds were fairly even. Blomfield had the clamp perfectly applied. but Jones got his head under the ropes and the referee broke the hold.
