INDUSTRIAL INSURANCE
INQUIRIES BEING MADE BY MINISTERS. LEGISLATION POSSIBLY NEEDED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. A statement that several Ministers were making inquiries into certain phases of industrial insurance was made last evening by the Prime Minister (Mr Savage). The investigations, he said, were not sufficiently advance ed to enable Cabinet to decide whether legislation was necessary to deal with this form of insurance. There had been numerous complaints about industrial insurance and if these were justified it seemed that legislative action was required.
