The father of the Dionne quintuplets has filed a court statement of claim demanding that Dr Dafoe produce the contracts and turn over funds allegedly realised by the doctor on advertising contracts in which his name is linked with the five babies. The quintuplets have amassed royalties from the endorsements totalling more than 500,000 dollars since their birth. Dr Dafoe will produce the contracts at next Friday's regular monthly meeting of the quintuplets’ guardians.
