It is understood that the German Consul in Milan has informed representatives of the German-speaking people in the Italian part of Southern Tyrol that the German-speaking population and people of German origin are to leave Italian territory for Germany. , Anyone unwilling to comply with the terms of the agreement must move to Italy. The period of grace is' to be two years for those with real property and two months for others.
