The Hong Kong correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph” says the Japanese have carried out their threat to intensify the Tientsin blockade. They have closed all the barriers and electrified twenty-two miles of entanglements. They are permitting entrances, but no exits to the British and French Concessions.
